On the morning of Friday, May 24, the password reset tool, mypw.ubalt.edu, will be upgraded. This tool allows you to reset your UB/netID password. The new version offers enhanced options for resetting your forgotten or expired password, such as using a PIN sent to your mobile phone or personal email address.
Why is the Office of Technology Services emailing you about this upgrade?

During the upgrade window, password resets will not be available online.

Your current security questions on mypw.ubalt.edu will be cleared; you will need to create new ones after the upgrade.

To take advantage of the PIN, check that contact information in MyUB/PeopleSoft is correct. Click here for more information.
