The Center for Criminal Justice Reform and the Maryland Office of the Public Defender host a discussion on the Baltimore Police Department's Gun Trace Task Force (GTTF), with the lead investigator and author of the GTTF Investigation Report, former DOJ Inspector General Michael Bromwich.
