On Friday, Nov. 11 at 11 a.m., the University of Baltimore community will pause to recognize, remember and reflect on the countless contributions made by those who have served in the United States Armed Forces. All students, faculty, staff and alumni are invited to attend a brief ceremony on Gordon Plaza, in honor of the many men and women from UBalt who help keep the nation secure.
The University of Baltimore has a long and colorful history of engagement with both active and veteran members of the military, from the training of Army Air Corps pilots during World War II to the significant number of students, faculty and staff who received a UBalt education through the GI BillĀ®. Today, the University offers education assistance to Armed Forces members in cooperation with the Veterans Administration.
Please join us on Nov. 11 at 11 a.m. for the University's official recognition ceremony for veterans.
