Sun Cites 'High Praise' of Committees Reviewing New Law School Design

Two design review bodies—the state Architectural Review Board and the city's Urban Design and Architecture Review Panel—examined the University of Baltimore's plans for a new John and Frances Angelos Law Center on Jan. 22, and The Baltimore Sun reports that both committees offered "high praise" for the design.
"At both review meetings, the project drew accolades for elevating the caliber of design in Baltimore," the Jan. 23 article states. It also noted that private fundraising for the project is on target, and groundbreaking is set to take place later this year.
