The latest Maryland Business Climate Survey—produced quarterly by the University of Baltimore's Jacob France Institute in the Merrick School of Business and available on the website of the Baltimore Business Journal—indicates that business owners across the state are increasingly upbeat that an expansion for their products and services is likely in the next year.
"Some of our results show that the worst of this recession may be over for Maryland businesses," said Richard Clinch, director of economic research at the Jacob France Institute.
