It's spring, and that means it's time for UB's Spring Block Party. This annual event, a fundraiser for the University's student clubs and organizations, will take place on Thursday, April 19 from noon to 7 p.m. on Gordon Plaza, at the intersection of Maryland and W. Mt. Royal avenues. This year's theme is "UB Under the Sea."
The event, free and open to the public, will feature assorted cuisine and drinks, including crabs. A dunk tank, Velcro wall, raffles and a host of other attractions will help raise money for various student groups. Live music will be provided by Liquid A.
The Block Party is organized by the University of Baltimore Undergraduate Student Senate.
The University of Baltimore is a member of the University System of Maryland and comprises the School of Law, the Yale Gordon College of Liberal Arts and the Merrick School of Business.
