What is changing with Mail services?

UBalt’s Mail service is evolving to better serve you and our entire community as a whole while being fiscally responsible. To accomplish this mission, we will be implementing a series of upgraded mail kiosks located in your individual buildings, with mailboxes personalized to your department's needs.

Will anything change with “Accountable” mail items (items with tracking code)?

No. All mail items that have a tracking number and require a signature(s) will still be delivered to your department as usual.

What do I do with my Outgoing mail?
-
This is an easy one! At your convenience just drop your outgoing mail in your department’s mailbox, in the mail kiosk.

Note: If you need your mail to be processed same day, it needs to be dropped off by 10 am.

What if my incoming package or mail item does not fit in the mailbox?

If your incoming mail item does not fit in your mailbox

When should I expect my mail to be delivered to my mailbox?
- You can expect your mail to be in your mailbox no later than 12:30 pm, barring any disruptions in service due to weather, delays, etc.

What if I have outgoing packages/mail items that do not fit in the mailbox?
- At your convenience just drop your mail item off with one of our friendly associates at the Bee Card office.
