The University of Baltimore has two patrolled and camera-monitored parking garages for faculty and staff. Both the Maryland Avenue and Fitzgerald garages offer 24-hour access and are on our shuttle bus route and close to major campus buildings. Beginning in fall 2010, UB staff and faculty will select one garage as their permanent location for parking. This page explains the various rates that employees pay for parking at UB.
The Fitzgerald Garage is located at 80 W. Oliver St.
The Maryland Avenue Garage is located at 1111 Maryland Ave.

Access to UB's garages does not mean that a parking space is reserved there for faculty, staff or students. With your parking access card, you will always be able to enter the garage you select at any time. We recommend that you note those times when the garage is especially busy and set your arrival plans accordingly. Also, check this page for details on parking garage staffing, availability of disabled parking and other important information.

Employees also have the option of choosing premium parking in a dedicated lot at Mount Royal Avenue and Cathedral Street.
Of course, there are other options for getting to and from campus, such as public transportation.
