I am resilient.
I am faithful.
I am honest.
I am a man of faith. I like to have a purpose for everything I do. I believe that God gave me the ability to work two jobs and go to school. Nevertheless, I persevere and do what I need to do in order to reach my goals. I realize that it all depends on the sacrifices I am willing to make. My future is what drives me. I know where I want to be, but I am not sure about my career path, which is why I chose UBalt.
I am a man of faith. I like to have a purpose for everything I do.
I know that my future is bright, and I know that if I continue to put forth the work, everything will fall into place. However, I fear that I will not be able to reach my goals in the time that I want. I often compare myself to other people. This has slowed me down and it takes the thought process from me to them. So changing the way I think has been a lesson for me every day.
I also chose UBalt because of the diversity. We live in a time where being culturally inclined is not upon popular demand. For me, if you frown upon it then you are being ignorant to what could potentially lead to more opportunities. If we go back to how things were in the past then we cannot move forward. I am proud of the fact that I made friends with different cultural backgrounds and we even share some of the same beliefs.
