When I received the tutorial, it stated that I needed to complete the tutorial by a due date. If I do not complete it by that date what happens?
The initial due date is automated by the tutorial platform . Students will continue to receive notifications from the platform until they have completed the tutorial . We encourage you to complete it as soon as possible to prevent any registration issues. -
What happens if I do not complete the Sexual Assault Prevention for Adult Learners tutorial prior to the beginning of the semester ?
All students must complete the tutorial prior to the beginning of the semester to prevent registration holds or issues from occurring. -
I just received access to my email and MyUB portal, why is the tutorial not working?
Unfortunately access to the tutorial is unable to be created at the same time as UBalt credentials. It typically takes a full overnight cycle for students to gain access to the tutorial. If it is the same day that you have received access to your UBalt email and MyUB portal, more than likely your access will not be available until the following day.
