Student Speakers

The graduation ceremony recognizes both an undergraduate and graduate student, who each gives a 3-5 minute speech. If you would like to put your name in as a nominee for either the undergraduate or graduate student speaker, please submit the following to

· Your full name

· Full mailing address

· Phone

· Email address

· Academic status (undergraduate/graduate)

· Academic program

· Grade point average

· An outline of the theme of what your comments would include (not to exceed one page)

· A narrative describing why you believe you are a strong nominee for this selection (not to exceed one page)

· At least one letter of recommendation from a current faculty member 

The selection committee will review all nominations and invite selected individuals for a one-on-one interview. Incomplete applications will not be considered.  The deadline to submit your application is April 1st at 5:00pm.
