UB bargaining unit non-exempt staff are subject to the terms stated in the following Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs):

The UBalt employment experience of exempt staff, faculty, and a small number of non-exempt staff excluded from the bargaining unit due to confidential or sensitive position responsibilities is governed by USM and UBalt policies and procedures.
