Part of the University of Baltimore’s College of Arts and Sciences, the Klein Family School of Communications Design is an interdisciplinary department that includes undergraduate programs in Digital Communication, English, and Integrated Arts and graduate programs in Creative Writing and Publishing Arts, Publications Design, and Integrated Design.
The successful candidate will teach courses in some or all of the following areas: contemporary literature and popular culture, media studies, research methods, media and/or literary theory, and related areas as determined by departmental need and will also have opportunities to develop courses in her/his area of expertise.
Qualifications: Ph.D. or equivalent and scholarly background in English, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field; experience teaching general education and discipline-specific courses; potential to contribute to course and program development in English and/or Communication.
Responsibilities: teach courses in theory, contemporary literature and popular culture, and research methods; participate in program development and assessment; maintain scholarly or creative productivity; serve on department, college, and university committees; and fulfill additional responsibilities as commensurate with faculty appointment.

8. Click the Add Attachment link, select References, attach a PDF or Word document with your list of references, and then Click “Save.”
