The Office of Records and Registration provides key support to the University's strategic objectives by assisting with processes and procedures that facilitate registration, enrollment, and graduation processing. The PeopleSoft Student Systems Coordinator reports to the PeopleSoft Functional Analyst and requires a functional knowledge of student information system setup, processes, and procedures. Responsible for the setup and maintenance of the Office of Records and Registration modules of the student information system, including but not limited to routine maintenance of course data, course offerings, and the academic calendar; adding new setup as required to the course catalog, class offerings. Manage and coordinate records processing and both internal and external file sharing.
Manage system testing of Office of Records and Registration processes during routine upgrade cycles. Perform system setup and testing of Office of Records and Registration enhancements and modifications as well as any other enhancements and modifications with downstream impact for the Office of Records and Registration. Maintain and run system queries to provide data for internal and external constituents and to support query dependent system processes.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
Education: Associate’s degree in field/discipline that coordinates with/applies to the responsibilities of the position.
Experience: Three years of progressively responsible experience with information systems, related query and process maintenance.
Preferred Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field/discipline that coordinates with/applies to the responsibilities of the position.
Experience: Experience working in higher education with a variety of software solutions related to student records and registration software applications. PeopleSoft experience preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of higher education ERP setup and processes as they relate to student records and registration. Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and electronic. Ability to work independently and to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Stays current with emerging technology; seeks opportunities to apply available technology to improve department results/service delivery. Serves as a resource for those with less experience. Is results-oriented; takes accountability for completing work assignments; meets commitments and deadlines. Responds with appropriate urgency to customer requests for information and/or assistance. Anticipates customer needs; keeps customers abreast of relevant changes; distributes helpful information. PeopleSoft experience preferred. Ability to work independently and to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Evening and occasional weekend work required.

•Then, only college and university information is required. Click the plus sign to the left of the “Postsecondary Education” link to enter that information.
•For country, enter USA or click the hourglass to select another country.
•You can use the first day of the month wherever dates are required.
•Click the plus sign to the left of "References" to enter two professional references.
•After you enter your education information and references, click “Save,” then click “Next.”
3. How did you find out about us/how did you find out about the job?
•After you enter this information, click “Save,” then click “Next.”
4. Online Questionnaire/Application Questionnaire: Answer the questions requiring a yes or no response. After you answer them, click “Submit.” This leads you to the Submit Online Application page.
