The Robert G. Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore invites applications for a full-time, open-rank, tenure track position in human resource management and organizational behavior. The position is available beginning fall 2017 and is subject to final budget approval by the President of the University.
The Merrick School of Business is accredited by AACSB International and enrolls approximately 1700 students in its seven undergraduate and graduate programs, of which approximately 550 are graduate students. The University of Baltimore is part of the University System of Maryland and has four academic units: Merrick School of Business, School of Law, Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences, and College of Public Affairs. The successful candidate will be expected to teach both graduate and undergraduate courses, conduct high quality research, and provide service to the University and The Merrick School.

Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources or a related field from AACSB accredited institution. ABDs will be considered if program completion is expected by July 31, 2017. Applicants must provide evidence of teaching excellence. Applicants, at the Associate rank must have a track record of quality research, and at the Assistant rank must demonstrate strong potential for research productivity.
Salary:
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
