The Division of Applied Behavioral Sciences (ABS) at the University of Baltimore invites applications for a full-time tenure track appointment at the rank of assistant or associate professor Industrial and organizational (IO) Psychology, to commence fall semester, 2019.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching and will be prepared to teach graduate level courses in both personnel and organizational psychology, statistics and research methods. The candidate will also teach courses at the undergraduate level, such as Introduction to IO Psychology. The successful candidate will also be prepared to maintain and develop for our graduate students, internship sites and job placement opportunities with private and public sector employers. Practitioner experience is a plus.
Candidates must be at least ABD and scheduled for the dissertation defense by the start of the fall 2019 semester.
