All contracts must be hand-delivered to Human Resources two weeks before the start date. Please date stamp all contracts upon delivery.
UPDATE: All I-9 Employment Eligibility Verifications will be processed by the Office of Human Resources. All new employees must complete the online I-9 form through MyUB by the end of their first day of work. They must present supporting documentation/identification within three business days.

Note: Contingent II employees are eligible for a Cost of Living Adjustment when granted by the State Legislature. Generally, these increases begin on July 1st. Renewal letters must be forwarded to HR at least 2 weeks prior to July 1st, in order to allow sufficient time for HR to set up the new pay rate and for Central Payroll to process the increase.
