Our compliance training is designed to help every employee develop a baseline knowledge of their compliance responsibilities and reinforce shared set of values and expectations. We are committed to educating employees on laws, regulations, and policies to maintain institutional integrity.
All employees are required complete Title VII and Title IX training within their first 60 days of employment:
-
- Title VII - an in-person learning session where employees will increase their awareness of workplace discrimination and harassment; understand the procedures to adjudicate complains; learn how to properly report a problematic behavior; and explore techniques for identifying and preventing discrimination and harassment.
