Forwarding E-mail
You may choose to forward your UB email account to another address, such as a home or work email account. Once you set a forwarding address, email is no longer delivered into your UB account. Use the instructions below to set a forwarding address or stop mail forwarding.
- Click the button below to access the forwarding page.*
- Login using your netID and password (the same username and password you use for your UB email account and campus computers).
- Move to the Forwarding Address box at the bottom of the screen.

Forward mail: type the email address where you want your UB email to be delivered. Be sure to type the email address correctly. Entering a wrong address will cause all mail sent to your UB account to be returned as non-deliverable.

Stop forwarding mail: delete the email address from the box.
Be Careful!
Do not enter your UB email address in this box. Doing so would delete your mailbox.
- Click Save Information. You should be directed to a confirmation page. At this point all mail sent to your UB email address will be automatically forwarded to the address you entered.
*If you have problems accessing the page using this button, log in to the MyUB Portal. From there, go to the E-mail and Shared Drives box and click on the Forward Your E-mail to a Non-UB Account link.
