After your UB account is migrated to Office 365, if you use a POP or IMAP connection you will need to change the settings in that email application. We strongly recommend you stop using POP/IMAP connections and setup your email to use Outlook Anywhere or, for mobile devices, Exchange settings

Below are the POP and IMAP settings. These are provided as a courtesy. OTS' only supported method of remote email access is through the MyUB Portal

Username: netID@ubalt.edu
POP Settings - Incoming server: outlook.office365.com
- Change incoming port to 995
- Select Secure Connection (SSL)
IMAP Settings - Incoming server: outlook.office365.com
- Change incoming port to 993
- Select Secure Connection (SSL)
SMTP Settings: - Outgoing server: outlook.office365.com
- Turn on Outgoing Authentication
- Change outgoing port to 587
- Select TLS
