The University of Baltimore is engaged in an ongoing process of aligning itself with the changing needs of the higher education marketplace. Faculty, staff, students and administrators are carefully considering the future of the institution. The effective development and deployment of the University's resources are outlined in its new strategic plan, entitled Re-Imagining UBalt 2018-23.

We invite students, faculty and staff to learn about the University's operating budget for fiscal years 2018, 2019 and 2020. The site makes available plans and progress reports associated with specific budget initiatives.
