You will be challenged. You will be fascinated. You will learn in ways you've never imagined.
There is no single honors curriculum for Helen P. Denit Honors Program scholars. At UBalt, you can customize your academic experience through your selection of honors and enhanced courses. You should be able to find classes in the general education curriculum and in your major that provide honors credit.
When you are registering for classes, visit this page to look for honors and enhanced courses that count toward honors credit. If you don't see an honors class that interests you, email Dr. Farley to discuss possibilities.
Credits Towards HPD Honors Graduation
- Honors students are able to count the enhanced course credits earned toward their credit requirement for graduation with Denit honors. Enhanced courses offer opportunities for students and professors to engage in challenging and fun learning experiences both in and out of the classroom. Learn more about enhanced courses.
-
Students may also take internships, study abroad, and graduate-level courses for credit towards honors graduation.
- All students are welcome to enroll in an enhanced course, but we recommend submitting an application in case you decide to take more honors courses.
