Edward T. Conroy Memorial Scholarship: Maryland residents enrolled at least half time are eligible. Provides assistance to:
- 100% disabled public safety employees
- Children and spouses of deceased or 100% disabled public safety employees
- POWs
- Children of POWs
- Children of deceased or 100% disabled military
- Certain 25% disabled military
- Spouses and children of victims of the Sept. 11th terrorist attacks
