We are investing in Pell Grant eligible transfer and military/veteran students by providing financial support toward tuition and fees while you complete your bachelor's degree. We also offer a variety of merit-based scholarships that require no FAFSA and no separate application.Students with high merit, a 3.9 cumulative GPA or higher, who intended to complete their associate degree, may wish to apply for the Wilson Scholarship.

Graduate and Law School Options
We have multiple opportunities for you to continue your studies with one of our graduate programs or by enrolling in our School of Law.
The University of Baltimore offers many accelerated bachelor’s-to-master’s options that let you take up to 9 graduate credits that “double count” toward both degrees—saving you time and money! Get a head start on your graduate degree while saving up to $9,000. Or, learn more about our pre-law options that also save you time and money.

Reverse Transfer
Students who do not or did not complete a degree at BCCC can participate in the reverse transfer program, which allows you to transfer credits back to BCCC to earn your degree.

Unique Populations

Dual Enrollment: Students who are currently taking both high school and college-level coursework can apply to The University of Baltimore. Connect with a counselor to learn more!
DACA/DREAMERS: UBalt accepts student regardless of their citizenship status. However, additional steps may be required to qualify for in state tuition, transfer credits from institutions earned outside the U.S., or to satisfy English language proficiency requirements. Want to know more about the Maryland Dream Act? General information on the Maryland DREAM Act or Complete the Non-Resident Tuition Fee Differential Exemption Request (DREAM Act) form.
Military and Veteran Services: We honor those who have served, are currently serving, and who are family members. The staff of the Bob Parsons Veterans Center is available to guide you through the application and enrollment process, as well as support you while a student at UBalt.
Phi Theta Kappa (PTK): Students who are a part of the PTK program at their community college are elgibile for multiple benefits at UBalt. Learn more.
