Graduate Students Outside of Maryland:
You pay in-state tuition if you
live in:
- Washington, D.C.
- Northern Virginia: Arlington, Loudoun, Fairfax and Prince William counties and Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas and Manassas Park
- Pennsylvania: Adams, York and Lancaster counties
- Delaware: all counties
OR are enrolled in these fully online programs:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.; see Graduate Public Affairs)
- M.S. in Interaction Design and Information Architecture (see Graduate Arts and Sciences).
Regional residency applies only to students and credits associated with a graduate UBalt degree or certificate program. Undergraduate degrees and certificates, doctoral, law and advanced professional degrees are not included.
