Research Room Request Form

You MUST make an appointment to access our special collections. We understand the inconvenience, but unfortunately our staff is too small to accomodate walk-in visitors. Researchers must agree to the following conditions before accessing the collection.

Hours are Monday –Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, by Appointment Only
In using Special Collections material, please handle with care and return documents
to their original folder and/or box.
Eating or drinking is prohibited in the Research Room.
Do not photocopy any item which is fragile or could be damaged and/or destroyed – ask staff to copy for you.

All appointments must be confirmed by a return email.
