This website shows foreclosure filings in Baltimore City, by quarter, from the first quarter of 2007 through the present. A foreclosure filing is a legal action, documented in the Baltimore City Circuit Court, representing the initiation of a foreclosure. Not all filings result in actual foreclosures.

You can view the foreclosure filings in maps, one for each quarter, or in spreadsheets that show the address of each filing, organized by neighborhood. Click on the links below to access the appropriate map or spreadsheet.
