During benefits open enrollment, April 17-May 1, 2012, you can enroll in the Prudential Long Term Care Program without answering medical questions.  This is a rare opportunity to enroll yourself for coverage effective July 1, 2012.

Get the facts by attending an educational long term care workshop to decide if long term care insurance is appropriate for you.  You will also learn about coverage discounts available to eligible UB employees and their extended families.

Lunch will be provided and seating is limited.  RSVP is required by 3/30/12.
