The United States Supreme Court recently handed down a 9-0 opinion in favor of the defendant in the matter of  United States v. Jones, a case involving the placement of a GPS device on a vehicle.  What could this case mean for future Fourth Amendment law?  Come to this panel discussion sponsored by the Criminal Law Association, and find out!
