presented as the inaugural event in the College of Public Affairs Dean's Lecture Series

This panel discussion addresses the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, signed into law by President Barack Obama and upheld by the Supreme Court.

Hear first-hand our panel participants' perspectives on legal aspects of the act, the act's impact on the U.S. health-care system, health-care access issues and future potential legal issues.

The panel is moderated by John Callahan, executive in residence in the College of Public Affairs and former assistant secretary of management and budget for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
