The winner goes directly to the national competition at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

• 8:30-9 a.m.: Meeting with Judges and Moderators: BC 141; Continental Breakfast: Atrium
• 9-9:30 a.m.: Welcome and Introduction
• 9:30-10:15 a.m.: Session One
• Short Break
• 10:30-11:15 a.m.: Session Two
• Short Break
• 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.: Session Three
• 12:15p.m.: Lunch and Winner Announced
