Setting appropriate performance expectations and providing regular feedback are the keys to individual and team success. Goal setting is a collaborative process so staff members of all levels will benefit from this session. At the end of this session, you will be able to:
* Set performance expectations for yourself and your staff
* Use the PMP form for goal setting and evaluating performance
* Develop SMART goals for each employee
* Use some easy job aids to help you and your employees prepare for the appraisal
* Practice giving and receiving feedback
