On the 48th anniversary of the assassination of Civil Rights leader Malcolm X, witness some of Baltimore's finest spoken work artisits explore social justive through poetic verse. Poerty open mic will follow powerful performances by Slangston Hughes, Bashi Rose, Ron Kipling Williams, and Daniel J. Wilson. Open mis is limited to first come/first serve and restricted to the theme of social justice.
Free for students and $5 General Admission.
