Description:

Monthly Student Employee Training

Student employee training sessions are a professional development opportunity for University of Baltimore student employees to learn strategies to excel in their role. One-hour sessions on a variety of subjects are offered once-a-month from September through November and February through April with different time options to accommodate schedules. Trainings are on a first-come, first-served basis with a limited number of spaces.

Motivation and Attitude

Everyone brings their own attitude to the workplace and everyone is motivated by something different. Discover what drives you and how that translates into your attitude in the workplace. Understanding how you are motivated and what you are motivated to accomplish will help you look at your work responsibilities differently and bring a positive attitude into different situations.

Presenters: Patricia Brewer, graduate administrative assistant, Student Development; Micailah Brock, assistant director of fitness and wellness, Campus Recreation and Wellness
