Jeff La Noue advises the University on developing properties, runs the UBGreen Program, and serves on the Board of Directors (or works closely with) groups such as the Historic Charles Street Association, Midtown Community Benefits District, Homewood Community Partners Initiative, Central Baltimore Partnership, Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, and the Baltimore Colleges and Universities for a Sustainable Environment (B-CaUSE). Jeff has a Master in Community Planning from UMCP and Bachelors in Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
