Description:

The Public Interest Fellowship provides second year day and third year evening students a full-time, paid summer experience with Maryland Legal Aid Bureau.

The program gives students a $5200 stipend for the summer and a forgivable loan for their full final year tuition and fees. In exchange, the students commit to working for Maryland Legal Aid (or other 501(c)(3) organization) upon graduation for a minimum of three years.
