Homelessness affects an estimated 4,000 people in Baltimore. Despite Maryland being one of the wealthiest states, one in 4 Baltimore City residents live below the poverty line. Join Be More as we recognize National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week: November 16- 24 and find out what you can do to help
On Thursday, Nov. 21, 4-5:15 p.m., we will hold an intimate discussion about poverty with people who have experienced homelessness, in partnership with Project PLASE (People Lacking Ample Shelter and Employment). Refreshments will be served.
