Carving Our Economy: Corporate Taxes and The Income Divide

Learning Commons
Town Hall

The Leadership & Service Council will present a panel discussion on corporate taxes and how it relates to leadership. The purpose of the panel is to raise awareness regarding a critical issue that impacts the UB community and society overall, and to discuss how we - as academicians, students, and citizens - can perhaps engage further in these discussions at the public policy level.

Panelists will include Fred Brown, associate professor in the UB School of Law and director of the Graudate Tax Program, Charlie Cooper, secretary of the Maryland Education Council and president of Get Money Out - Maryland, Del. Aisha Braveboy, and UB student Ron Williams.
