Working in teams can often be challenging. Good leaders recognize that diverse teams will often encounter conflicts. Overcoming those conflicts can lead to successful and healthy teams. During this café discussion, you will be challenged to answer some thought-provoking questions about the challenges leaders face.
Leadership Cafes are a series of thought-provoking discussions on current leadership trends and topics over coffee and dessert.
