OutLaw is incredibly proud to honor Dean Weich, Angelica Bailey, and Equality Maryland for the impact they have made in Maryland's LGBT community. Doors open at 5 p.m. and the ceremony begins at 5:45 p.m. Tickets are $5 in advance and $10 at the door. Registration is available online at EventBrite.
