Would you like to build your own website or blog? Come out to this two hour workshop where we will go through a typical Wordpress build. Stop going through endless themes until you find one that “kinda” works! You’ll learn about local development, managing posts and links, using themes and plugins, managing widgets, and mother useful WordPress tips. You will have to have some technical background (i.e. installing software, working with images). A personal laptop (Windows or Mac) is required.
*Prior to the workshop, in order to save time, download and install:(I will explain these programs during the workshop.)
By the end of this workshop, you will have built a small website or blog.
