Supervisory training has been developed that supports an enhanced understanding of how UB’s improved performance management program works, the role of supervisors and the engagement of staff. This 3.5-hour training is required for all supervisory staff and faculty responsible for completing staff performance appraisals. Remember, completed and signed Performance Appraisal forms are due in the Office of Human Resources no later than April 30, 2014.
