When:
Location:
John and Frances Angelos Law Center
Room:
403
Description:

In Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a for-profit corporation argues that the Religious Freedom Restoration Act exempts it from the general legal obligation to provide health coverage of contraceptives to its employees, based on the religious objections of the corporation’s owners. Professors Gregory Dolin, Michael Meyerson and Elizabeth Samuels will share their perspectives on the Hobby Lobby case, which was argued before the U.S. Supreme Court last month.

The discussion will be moderated by Professor C.J. Peters
