The University of Baltimore's Schaefer Center for Public Policy will host a Capstone Presentation and Graduation Ceremony for Cohort 2 of its Maryland Certified Public Manager Program. Presentations will take place from 9 to 11:30 a.m., followed by the graduation and then a luncheon for the cohort members and invited guests.
