As the former Mayor of Baltimore City for twelve years, UB’s President Kurt Schmoke is more familiar with the challenges facing urban renewal than any university president in the state. In his presentation, President Schmoke will share his experiences in confronting and resolving the kinds of ethical issues that arise in proposing, planning and completing renewal projects.This program is part of Ethics Week, sponsored by the Hoffberger Center for Professional Ethics.
