In December 2015, several amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure went into effect aimed primarily at reforming rules of discovery, including rules targeted at proportionality, cooperation, case management and ESI. We will discuss these changes and what they mean for federal litigation with Judges Paul Grimm, John Koeltl and John Facciola, as well as with UB law alums Timothy Maloney and Michael MacWilliams and other distinguished practitioners and academics.
