This Panel will examine controversies in the selection of international judges and arbitrators on different international adjudicative bodies, including the World Trade Organization’s Appellate Body, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and in investor-state disputes, such as those convened under the auspices of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes.
