Stress Management Support (3 sessions) – Facilitators: Dr. Turner & Ms. Khan
This is a three session group that will increase your understanding of how stress impacts your body, recognize your own stressors and learn new strategies for managing the stress in your life more effectively. These sessions will also provide an opportunity for participants to assess their personal stress level and provide an introduction to use of progressive relaxation as a technique to assist in the reduction of stress.
Tuesdays, 12:30pm – 1:30pm, room AC 111
