Prominent Syrian human-rights activist Dr. Radwan Ziadeh will discuss the humanitarian crisis in Syria as well as plans to rebuild a civil society in the war-torn country. In 2015, Ziadeh established the Syria Democracy Foundation to prepare for a democratic transition in Syria and last year participated in UN peace talks in Geneva.
