Developing Performance Management Systems for Public-Private Partnerships: With Application to Development and Housing Projects

This dialogue brings together an Italian expert on such performance management systems with experts at the federal and state levels in the US. Our US experts will use real estate as the focus for their comments.

  • Steve Cassard, Director of Special Projects, Maryland Economic Development Corporation

  • Robert Helwig, J.D., Installations, Housing and Utilities Privatization, Office of the Secretary of Defense (2000-2014)

Professor Alan Lyles, Henry A. Rosenberg Professor of Government, Business and Nonprofit Partnerships, will serve as moderator.
